Tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, and fees set by the official ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue, as applicable. Coming to an event at Crypto.com Arena? If you are an American Express Card Member, bring your Card to the event to enter Crypto.com Arena through the dedicated American Express Card Member Entrance.
FINDING YOUR WAY THERE:
The Card Member Entrance can be accessed at the 11th Street Entrance of Crypto.com Arena, at the corner of 11th Street (also known as Chick Hearn Court) and Georgia Street.
ACCESS POLICY:
Access through the Card Member Entrance at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA is available only to American Express Card Members. To gain entry to Crypto.com Arena through the American Express Card Member Entrance, present a valid American Express Card and a valid event ticket to the guest services representative*.
The American Express Card Member Entrance will be accessible for designated events at Crypto.com Arena including all Los Angeles Kings home games and major sporting and entertainment events.
Access through this entrance is accessible once all general doors to the arena open for each event. For more information on door open times, please visit our A-Z Guide or visit the specific event page under Events.

*All active American Express Card Members are permitted entry to Crypto.com Arena via the Card Member Entrance for themselves and all guests in their party, provided all guests have a valid event ticket.

The American Express Card Member Entrance will be accessible for designated sporting and entertainment events at Crypto.com Arena. To gain entry to Crypto.com Arena through the American Express Card Member Entrance, you must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card. The American Express Card Member Entrance may not be open for all Crypto.com Arena events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into Crypto.com Arena is subject to both the terms and conditions stated on the back of your Crypto.com Arena event ticket and the rules set by Crypto.com Arena.

Use your American Express Card and score 10% off concessions at any participating in-arena Crypto.com Arena concession stands.
