Box Office Information

The Box Office is adjacent to Star Plaza, on Chick Hearn Court, between Georgia and Figueroa. Contact the Box Office by phone at (213) 742-7340.

Box Office Hours

The box office will open every Tuesday from 12pm-4pm for walk up sales.  All tickets purchased at the box office will be delivered via mobile delivery, no printed paper tickets will be distributed at the windows. 

Visit your specific event page for full details on purchasing tickets online. 

On event days, our box office windows will open 3 hours prior to the start of the event.*

*Please note on some events that begin prior to 12pm, the box office may open only 2 hours prior to the event. Be sure to check the event page for specific information.

Peacock Theater and The Novo Ticket Sales

Advance tickets sales for Peacock Theater and The Novo events are available for purchase at the Arena Box Office during operating hours. The Arena Box Office will stop selling Peacock Theater or The Novo tickets on the day of a Peacock Theater or The Novo event, 3 hours prior to the event start, at which time tickets can be purchased at the Peacock Theater and The Novo Box Office directly.

Box Office Purchases

Tickets may be purchased directly at the Box Office during operating hours. Arena accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, you must show a valid photo identification to complete the transaction.

Will Call Pick Up Arena does not offer Will Call pick up and does not accept Will Call drop off.

AXS Mobile ID

AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the venue. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. Accessible/Disabled Tickets

Accessible/Disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Accessible seating and parking are available through and Arena Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

Purchase Accessible Tickets

  • Visit, find your event, click the "TICKET" link, then click the "Accessible Tickets."
  • Visit Arena Box Office and request accessible tickets.

Some events require all attendees, regardless of age, to present a ticket for entry. Please check the event ticket policies at the time of purchase.

Children age three (3) and above require a ticket for Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Kings and Los Angeles Sparks games.

Mobile Ticketing Arena only accepts and scans tickets off a mobile device if they are within an approved AXS, Venue or Team Application. When attending an event (lasting 3½ hours or more), we recommend the West Garage (Lot W, Gate B, Enter on Chick Hearn Ct.). Please refer to the parking map to locate Lot W.
