General Admission

Guests may arrive no earlier than 8:30AM on the day of the show to receive a numbered wristband for the GA queue. After receiving a wristband, guests may leave and enjoy their day. We ask that GA guests return to 11^th St. Entrance by the following times for each day to find their place in line before doors open:

• Friday/Saturday: 3:30PM
• Sunday: 2:00PM

Cameras/Photography

Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, Go Pro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside Crypto.com Arena at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

Food and Beverage

Guests may not bring outside food and/or beverage items into the arena during events. The only exception is unopened plastic water bottles, one liter or smaller (one per guest). Glass/metal bottles or metal cans are strictly prohibited. Guests must dispose of unauthorized items prior to entrance into the arena or return them to their vehicle. Guest Services Centers will not check-in or store any food or beverage items. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should see our Food & Drink page for details, or contact Guest Services to discuss food options available.

3 DAY PLUS and PREMIUM PACKAGE are available online only and will never be available for purchase at the box office. There is a delivery delay on all tickets until July 23.  You will not see your tickets or be able to manage them until that time.  Festival Ground tickets will be a separate event delivered to your account and is included with every ticket for the day purchased.  Please note if you purchase a 3 DAY PLUS or PREMIUM PACKAGE online, you will receive a ticket for each day.  You will not use the same ticket for each day. Please plan accordingly if transferring tickets or receiving transferred tickets to assure you are sent the correct tickets for the correct event.
